Our Broker in Charge, Fran H. Mollica, has been with us for over 25 years in a full-time capacity (she does this every day), and has over thirty (30) years full-time in the real estate business locally.  Fran has worked for and with some of the original real estate developers on Hilton Head Island – as such, her institutional knowledge is hard to match.

Fran is licensed to sell residential real estate throughout all of South Carolina, but has focused her entire career on selling properties within Beaufort County and Jasper County, with a  particular focus on Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and Sun City Hilton Head.

Fran raised four children who all attended local schools through graduation.
